Shipping Policy – Pecron New Zealand

You can select one of two shipping methods when placing your order:

Pecron New Zealand offers free shipping within New Zealand on all orders.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

North Island: 1–3 working days
South Island: 2–4 working days

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that free shipping excludes outer island locations, including the Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, and Great Barrier Island.

If you would like delivery to one of these locations, please contact us at sales@pecron.co.nz for a customised shipping quote.

You may collect your order in person from our Auckland, Hamilton, or Tauranga showrooms.

Please allow 24 Hours for us to prepare your order. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Important Notes:

No third-party pickups (e.g., Uber or courier services) are permitted for showroom collection.
Pickup will not be authorised without the order confirmation.
