Return Policy

Return Policy

In the event of returning a product, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@pecron.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorisation, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@pecron.co.nz so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective on Arrival (DOA): If a product is found to be faulty within 14 days of receipt, notify us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be collected, assessed, and a replacement sent out if confirmed defective. If the 14-day DOA period has passed, the item will be repaired under warranty, with the warranty period specified on each product’s page.

Return Instructions

If your item is incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Pecron accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit. Please maintain proof of delivery or consignment information for your records.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds are only issued for approved returns, and change of mind refunds are not accepted unless required. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Uncollected Items

Items not collected within 90 days of purchase will be considered forfeited by the customer, and refunds will not be issued unless otherwise agreed upon by Pecron.
